Satisfied customers

Dear healthmatters — I am writing to express my anger and frustration at the so-called ‘money-off coupons’ in the last issue. I have had nothing but trouble since I cut them out.

I decided to take advantage of the free admission to Barts theme park, and give the children a day out at the same time. We turned up and duly took the ‘acute vascular surgery’ tour around the wards. I was enjoying the trip until I realised that the beds were still full of real people, not just actors! The children were promptly sick when they came out.

Things got even worse after the cyclotron ride. Some interfering old consultant decided I looked a bit off colour and admitted me for observation overnight. It was quite disgusting and I shall never set foot in the place again.

I won’t even bother to tell you the trouble I had getting Gran into a nursing home with your free community care stamps. Suffice to say I have cancelled my subscription.
