Liberty, equality, photography

Dear healthmatters — I found it ironic that the photo accompanying your report on inequality targets (News in Focus, issue 43) was of a bottle-fed baby. Breastfeeding is strongly related to inequality, having a definite class gradient. This is especially evident in Scotland where low rates of breastfeeding are the subject of many national and local targets for health promotion.

I like the content of healthmatters very much but ask that careful thought is given to some of the images used.
